oilcooler mod/fix

Had a brain fart one day as to the overheating of the oil cooler.
I made a little deflector plate that directs more air flow to the oil cooler.
It works very well and has been tested on Monstamans bike as well, he can confirm the results also.
This mod still has room for improvement if you wished to add another fin on the top or sides of the oil cooler.
This keeps my temp below 100 degrees c on very warm days.
I would say it drops the temp between 5-10 degrees c.

Don't drag me into your personal life and biach fights

Yeap, they work very well, it actually helped maintain temperature in the rain by deflecting the water from the front wheel away.

I will prolly do a top one and try that as well but even with this bottom deflector it has made a huge difference.

We have the international patent on these and this can be bought out with a few beers.

Here is mine, slightly wider than Doons but has a wheel cutout as the Scorpian Syncs are slightly taller, these are only marginally cheaper than a Febur cooler though by about a grand .

love it.. want it. why not try to make one that would fold up so when it is cold / wet one could flip it up to cover up some of the rad to keep the temp up.

Split the beer 4 ways and I'll 'suggest' that you should paint some of them black

Good idea mate, you Aussies are'nt as dumb as you look
It would be easy just to elongate the mounting holes so as that you could loosen it then flip it up.
I will try it when it gets colder, you can have one can of beer from the patent

Talking

Bring out the "BIG KEG" and I'll suggest that you add some larger ones to the sides, that way she'll act like a air funnel! Aloha Alex

PS: I have a portable pressure washer for sale.....
