Hyper mod. advice

OK, so I'm seeking advice on two things- exhaust, and flywheel. First, exhaust. I'm really only fond of the dual Termis for the end cans- I know, the single can Termi is great, as are the Arrows, Leo Vince's, etc.. But for me this is the direction that I'd like to go, even though I know there are varying and equally viable options, but please don't say "get this" or "not that". I'd like to focus on two options: get the full Termi w/ ECU and spend roughly three grand, or get the dual Termi silencers with either Arrow or Zard collectors and get the Nemesis system for just a little more. Will there be any real difference if I can tune the bike to a greater degree with the Nemesis over the DP ECU? OK, then Flywheel: Nichols, or machine off some of the stock unit? I haven't heard of anyone having problems w/ the Nichols, but I thought I'd better check. I think people have had good success doing either, but any opinions on that?

Well unless I got 1 heck of a deal on the Termi dual can slip on's I would pass. I wanted to get them too. Until I took a close look at them on a friends bike that is. I was surprised that, 1 they are not true carbon fiber can's. The canister is still metal and the carbon is more like a heat shield. 2 They are not a true dual can set up like the Leo's or the Arrows. They are just like the stock pipes that have a cross over between them. All in all they are more like a stock set of can's with a carbon heat shield.

And is there more gain from changing the ECU than in changing just the
muffler cans themselves? I'm betting in terms of what you feel, the ECU
change is more significant. Though I do like the look of the dual underseat
cans on this bike (whether stock or Termi).

I wonder if re-flashing the stock ECU to DP ECU code and then changing
out the collectors (eliminating both the Cat and exhaust valve) would be
about equivalent to a full dual Termi system?

My Hyper ran noticeably better (and smoother) throughout the RPM range
with just a set of Zard collectors and an O2 sensor manipulator. Adding the
PC III a day later improved performance even more. Still running the stock
mufflers, though I have a modified set for when I want more noise.
