Brembo Billet Radial Master Cylinder

This question may have been asked/answered before, if so, sorry!

Will the upgraded Brembo Radial Master Cylinders work with the HM OEM handguards? I noticed the OEM masters have an angle. Is this to accommodate the handguards?

Has this upgrade been performed by anyone?

Are you speaking of the forged Brembos from the Hyper S or the billet ones?

I put the billets on from OPP Racing and they required some mods in order to mount the reservoirs. The forged masters that come with the Hyper S should work no problem.

The only thing you need to worry about is if the levers will clear the handguards.

Other than the bling factor (which is a legit excuse), why are you thinking about this "upgrade"?

Does it have anything to do with changing the feel of the front brake?

if you're looking to make the front brake less sensitive, the consider going with a 19x18 master cylinder. Or better yet, take a look at the brembo that has an adjustable offset ratio. www.hardwayracing.com

You'll need a brake switch too.

Hand guard clearance and resivour mounting will be issues.

And when you swap out that brake switch, remember that I need it.

The OEM master is powerful and progressive and I like it. I just notice that sometimes upon first squeeze, I get next to nothing until I pump it.

I was told this was common with the HM. Does anyone else experience this?

I was told there's no cure but to upgade to an aftermarket Brembo Radial Master.

My question is:
Will the after market Brembo Radial Master Cylinder fit under the Handguards?
