Neodymium magnets

Anyone use these on their Hyper?

The Neodymium magnets are very strong magnets that attach to the oil filter on either side (or next to each other). These magnets will attract the microscopic ferrous metals to the side of the oil filter before than can enter the engine! This will allow cleaner oil and better filtration (less engine wear). Since all oil filters can only filter down to 30microns, attaching Neo magnets to the oil filter will magnetize the oil filter and therefore attract many different size ferrous metals from sub 30 microns (even 1 angstrom particles) to even larger pieces (general engine breakins, oil galley plug pieces, general engine/transmission wear, etc...).

Been using the neo mag on my Buell and my HM since new. Not much to say about it. I haven't sliced open a filter to see how much ferrous metal is collected by the magnet.

and, as the magnets pick up coins when he rides, we can always count on pete to have quarters for the parking meters.
