Vendor report - Shift-Tech is a A+

I just want to let everyone know that Shift-Tech, one of our vendors, has great quality parts and great service. I purchased a hugger, heel guards and adjustible pegs for my Motard. He shipped them fast and you don't have to worry about the carbon quality, it is excellent. Also he gives members a discount and free shipping. I'll buy from him again.

I never got my 10% discount on my last order and I did not get free shipping.

I also never get any positive feedback on eBay orders.

WTF?

I do like the products and shipping is fast!

AXE, if you don't tell me when you submit an order that you are a member then I have no way of knowing you are. Even as of now I have no idea who you are, no name listed under your user name.
See how helpful these posts are? They are plenty of members that have no idea about the discount and the more time you spend on the forum the better the chances are you find out, see the discount as a reward to spend lot's of time on the forum.

If you submit an order and note in the special instructions that you are a member then you also get the discount, you can also email me before and ask how to receive it, as many others do. You can also if all this did now work out for you email me after you send in the order an email telling me so.

I even had cases where orders were shipped already and the customer found out about the discount a few days later and contacted me so I honor all discounts even if they are requested within 48 hours of the order shipped, I do credit the discount amount back to the customers credit card. At some point we have to draw the line, one fellow contacted me that he ordered 3 month ago and found out now.... , would not be fair to other members.

and as most ppl know he is a HYPER owner , very helpful about all the info i've asked',
replaced a part that went wrong no questions asked,
what else can someone ask?

I stated this in the PayPal message upon order. I didn't contact you, cause I really didn't think it was worth the time to chase around. However, the facts are that I did get some good products, shipping is fast, but I did not get a discount!

I also gave Shift-Tech complete positive feedback on eBay where he is doing his selling. That has been the case for all the orders I have placed with him. I did just check again and he has posted positive buyer feedback, so I appreciate that.

It's great when you can always post 100% positive feedback (which I did where it mattered), in this case mine was about nearly positive.
