Help !!! Oil in radiator !!!....

I decided to do the scheduled maintenance and change the coolant on my hyper, but can not find the radiator cap, so I loosened one of the lines and all I got was oil coming out, Could it be a blown head gasket ? I don`t know what to do !!! I don`t see any smoke coming out of the muffler, and the engine runs OK. I`m I doing something wrong ? Where is the cap ? The manual does not show it anywhere, WTF !!!
Also, I can not find the oil level dip stick anywhere, I found a black plug, but is missing the stick !!! I looked through the glass window on the side of the motor but can`t see much through there. I guess the glass is to check the timing with the light, but when I run the engine, the window gets dirty with something that appears to be clutch oil and the light does not indicate anything. Do I need a special Ducati lightbulb to check the timing ?
I was going to balance the carburators also, but nothing seems to go right, so I`m here to ask you for advise. I guess you guys can help me save a few bucks by helping me do the checks myself.
I tried to change the oil also, but the manual says it uses 3.7 quarts of oil, but the new black reservoir only took about 1/4 of a quart, where do I put the other three quarts ?
I know I can do it, my neighboor, who has a lawn mower shop, wants $300 dollars AN HOUR to work on my bike !!! I think he is trying to steal my $$$.
He thinks I`m an idiot !!!
Can you guys help me ? PLEASE !!!!!!!!!!!!

My clutch was making a rattling noise until I took it to JiffyLube. The nice young man changing my oil suggested packing the clutch hub with some fancy synthetic grease. It was a little expensive, but I'll be darned if the clutch isn't a whole lot quieter!

OK....I'll bite.

Isn't your hyper air cooled? And isn't it also fuel injected? There is no dipstick by the way, oil checks are done by the sight glass. And what, for the love of pete, is this NEW black resevoir by which you speak?

The other three quarts of oil can be poured into the two big holes under the seat cleverly disguised as exhaust pipes but they are truly extra oil disposals.

The young man at the JiffyLube had the same problem. The little reservior that "spins on" to the bottom of the motor held only a little oil, but luckily he found a much bigger one that holds a lot more.He told me it was for racing. The only thing is ,sometimes it scrapes when I pull out of the driveway. My ex-girlfriends cousins ex-boyfriend is going to school for welding and he said he could weld a skid plate on it for me.
Clearly, this Metalhead dude is good at writing effing hillarious tongue in cheek posts in the "chit chat" forum, but knows nothing about bikes!

Often overlooked is changing out the blinker fluid at an interval of 500 knots
