Hello
Hello all,
I'm Dodd and I'm new to this fourm and Ducati's in general.
I've been roadracing for a couple years, on a Suzuki and most recently a Kawasaki and riding and touring western Colorado on my Honda Blackbird for several more.
I've wanted a Hypermotard ever since they were released, and last month I found an 08' black S for a good 2K under book, and tossed myself into debt to get it, fearing I might not get another chance. I'm not sure just what captivated me, there was just something about it. Then I rode one, and jesus, it was like a 100 HP dirt bike with better brakes and suspension than my roadracing bikes.
I'll be honest I don't know squat about Ducati's, or even twin's for that matter, but I'm here to learn. So please don't holler at me if I ask something stupid.
Looking forward to your expertise.

There are no stupid questions, only stupid answers.
You will find a lot of helpful and smart people here. I learn something every day. Search for "subframe" or "paint" and you'll see what I mean.
