I think all tires suck on cold pavement. How bad was the crash?

How about COLD super corsa 3 suck on cold pavement??? The more pressure you have in your tyres, the faster they heat up - adjust pressures accordingly depending on ambient temp - a lesson i have learnt the hard way... Crash piccies?

On this thread, does anybody knows how long it takes for a tire to warm up to 50%-75%-100% with this kind of weather (30-40 degrees).
I heard it takes 2 laps on a track to have them hot during summer.

Totally depends on the pavement, the riding style, the curves, the braking. There is no way to set a standard amount of time or miles for them to come up to temp.

Last I checked it's lower pressure for more heat, allows the carcass to flex and build heat. Braking helps too, so do tire warmers Overall though, when it's cold and you're on the street going slower is your best bet...

I suppose it depends on the rider but you can break in and warm up new DOT race tires in 1 lap on the race track, assuming you arnt riding a like a wuss
