Block heater suggestions
Anyone using a block heater on their Duc? I'm trying to find something I can alternate between my Hyper and DR-Z.

I found my block heater works quite well by pushing a button on thr RHS, then a funny noise happens and it sounds like two things bouncing up and down and everything starts gettin hot, amazing
You are serious, I thought this was a piss pulling thread, I have herd of electric heating for water cooled engines but..
And BTW, according to AK57 in is an oil carter

It usually doesn't go below 0 degrees fahrenheit but lately it's been in the mid teens at night. I don't usually ride under 30 degrees.
My bike won't warm up above about 185 in 40 degree weather even with the oil cooler covered.

That is about -18 c which is getting down there, we get down to -12 but no more than that.
A thermostat setup would be ideal really, I need a bigger cooler for the summer as we get 110 f or 40 deg c plus in the summer hot and still and maybe it will to too cool in winter.
