termi 2-1 fitment issues?

ciao a tutti -

anyone with a termi 2-1 have any issues with the silencer hanging a little too close to the rear tire?

i installed the system following instructions (i got a color PDF that the photos are actually clean and clear, unlike the standard photo copy of a photocopy crap that usually comes with dp parts) ... and also looked at two other local hypertards with the termi 2-1 system installed ... and the silencer on my hypertard hangs a little too close to the outer right edge of the rear tire.

it looks like under full compression of the rear, that the tire will contact the silencer by perhaps 1/16". the front of the silencer will clear the tire, it's the rear half of the silencer i am worried about.

a presto,
johnc

John,
Is there anyway you could forward me those color instructions ? If you wouldn't mind, it would be greatly appreciated.

Just crank up the preload and keep the airs onder 10ft and you'll be okay.

My first race Termi was bent wrong from the factory and had to be replaced. Hard to say if yours is doing the same thing without pics. Mine wouldn`t line up right at all. Stuck way out from the tire. Sounds like the opposite of yours
