For those that painted subframe; what color?

Hey all,

If you painted/powdercoated or bought a subframe, what color did you go with? Gloss black, matte black, semi gloss black or red?

I'm toying around with doing my subframe, gas cap, triple clamps and front fender support in a semi gloss or matte black.

What do you all think?

I went with a Galaxy Gray (fine metallic) Powdercoat with gloss topcoat. I love it!

Thanks for the replies guys. I think I'm going with semi gloss black.

that's something i've always wondered about the hyper, why are the sub-frames not color matched from the factory?

it makes such a huge improvement.

I know. They look wicked in red or black...

I went with gloss black.

I think it'll look good with the carbon Arrow cans I have on order.

Soon I'll have my pegs and brackets back on ... also gloss black with an offset color for the passenger heel guards that I haven't quite settled on yet.
