Handlebar clamps question... - Ducati.ms

The HB clamps are rubber mounted on the upper triple clamp, and on my bike, one of the rubber mounts is about 1/16" higher than the other, so the HB is not even and looks/feel a bit funny.
The dealer says that the rubber mounts are pressure mounted on the upper clamp and can not be adjusted. They told me they will contact Ducati for advise on what to do, but that was two weeks ago.
Anybody ever removed the clamps or the mounts ?
Any advice ?

you could probably tighten the higher side and pull it down. The bolt in under the top tripple.
