I am 165 lbs so I have the opposite problem with my forks, I am going to do the fork oil and possibly drop a nm on the front springs.

I have set my rear sag to 47 and my forks to 55 although we cannot reach the 55 do to spring strength and my weight.

Wee bit of playing to do yet.

Suspension settings / new rear spring

I noticed as I was increasing the preload on my rear spring to set my rear rider sag that I was squeezing the spring more than 1-1/4" from the zero preload installed length; (zero preload installed length = the spring installed with no pressure on the spring from the adjustment collar, just enough to hold the spring from moving). Using my ATV racing suspension knowledge I knew I needed a stronger spring. ( I weight 195 lb. naked and about 225 with gear). I contact Ohlins and they listened to my spring theory discussion and totally agreed with me that I needed a stronger spring. the stock spring is a 90 Nm spring and Ohlin suggested that I go to a 100 Nm spring. With the 100 Nm spring installed, here are my currently settings:

Front:

FPL = 8 turns from full soft = about 16mm static sag = about 47mm rider sag (i have made additional adjustments without taking additional measurements, so the values above are approximations based on the current suspension settings)
FCP = 1/2 turn from full soft
FRB = 3 turns from full soft / fastest rebound

rear: 100Nm spring

RPL = 12mm (squeeze on spring) = 18 mm static sag = 49 mm riser sag
RCP = 1 click from full soft
RRB = 19 clicks from full hard / slowest rebound
