Another one stuck in gear

After being in the shop numerous times for stalling my dealer put in a new stock ECU. Stalled the next day.

Go to a track day today. Halfway through my second session it locks into 4th gear and won't come out. Back to the shop once again for stalling and now a locked up gear lever.

This crap getting old.
My first Ducati experience has not been a good one lately. But when it's running right I love it. Just wonder how much more I can take.

have you called ducati NA about your issues? They should be able to send a regional service manager over to oversee the stalling and the tranny issue to make sure it is fixed properly. I would be pissed about paying for a track day and not even making it past lunch with it.

I have and the last time it was in the shop they had a regional service guy there.

I have about 5 emails between me and them and they said they have the fix and afterwords proved they didn't.

Wonder if I can lemon law this thing.

I really don't ride like a fool on the streets . Used too but, not any more. There are to many track days and after I ride on the track I don't feel like riding on the street.
I've done 4 track days in less than 2 months.
