Exhaust Options advice appreciated
Despite my best plans to wait till the spring, and have a look at the 990SMR next year, I went to the dealers this morning, I ended up buying a new 1100!, I never really got over selling my first one some 15 months ago, so she arrives Thursday,
I have the winter to plan the exhaust mods, but un-decided and looking for advice, I will only go the DP termi route, thoughts are:
Termi 2-1-2 slip,
Termi 2-1-2 slip with cat removal pipe
Full racing Racing 2-1-1 (does this have a DB killer?)
I am based in the UK,
Any thoughts regard the advantage of each of the above combinations, with regards to fuel usage, smoothness power,

Unless you have a problem with the looks (as some do?!) you should go with the 2-1. The 17 lb weight savings was enough for me, and 5hp doesn't hurt either. If you calculate hp/wt ratio, the real way to measure performance, then its a no-brainer. And no, I'm not saying this just because I have one for sale right now!! I went with the Sil Moto 'cuz I got it for about half the price of the Termi, and the welds are alot cleaner, but it doesn't have the stepped header pipes (a really nice touch). There's also a guy on the Sport Classic forum that sells a very trick airbox lid you might want to check out.
