Our 1600 km 3.5 Day Tour - Pics
Good morning gents
Ok we went for a wee skid around the South Island here in New Zealand, we left Friday afternoon 2.00 pm from Wanaka - Haasts - Fox Glacier - Franz Joseph Glacier.
Saturday was from Franz Joseph Glacier - Hokitika - Greymouth - Punakaki - Westport - Little Wanganui.
Sunday was Little Wanganui to roads end at Karamea and back then Wesport in a torrential dump- Buller Gorge - Aningahua - Reefton - Nelson Creek - Bell Hill and Lady Lakes - Jackons - Otira - Aurther Pass - Springfeild - Methven
Monday was Methven - Geraldine - Fairlie - Tekapo - Twizel - Omarama - and back home to Wanaka.
I have attached a map so you can see the names etc, the black line is our trip, great time was had by all, we struck a bit of rain and some nice weather too, drunk plenty of piss and told plenty of lies, as each night developed so did our riding skills
Minor damage with three bike being dropped over the tour, Tardis feared up well and led most of the way.
Bit of shingle road etc and all good, enjoy the photos gents and anyone wanting to come to NZ I have just saved you a fortune

It's built that way to channel water onto the center of the tread to cool it, that thar's a race tire son.

.... yeah that's it ... I taught Casey and Valentino how to ride in the wet too
It is the correct way round, I am trying Pirelli Scorpion Syncs next round tho, the 1100 pulses seem to eat the PP 2CT quickly.

as a friend (emerging markets guy) once told me, "New Zealand is one of the most beautiful places in the world.." and i believed him, given that he's traveled the globe more than once.
