Skate wheel Sliders

Was bored at work this week.

Made adapters to allow use of skate wheels with bearings on the hyper.

Cool , if your still bored maybe you could whip up a pivoting "L" type bracket so in the unfortunate event you lay it down the wheel will hit the ground on the tread surface and the bike will just ROLL to safety

They look really good, nice workmanship. Kinda like sweet sweet candy. You might look at recessing the bolts so they don't grab in a fall. I am wondering about them being too grippy, but they are on bearings so that may offset the traction.

but yeah recess the bolt head if you can

on one of my lowsides my bar end sliders the bolt head got sheared to the point where the allen key didnt even work anymore so was difficult to remove it.

I just want to know if they make that cool screech/scraping sound like a skateboard does when they slide!

Good observation Lelen.

Better?

I really like the way that the bearings let me support the rear axle on the sliders and spin the wheel for chain cleaning anad maintenance.

All in all, not bad for 50 buckaroonies.
