Chain adjust - Ducati.ms

The dealer just did the first 600 mile service. The chain is adjusted different than what the label says. The measurement is more like 42mm than the 33mm the label says. My neighbor also has a new HM and just had his 600 mile service and his chain is about the same as mine. Different shop did the work. Any opinions about this?

when I did the walk around when I picked up the new bike, the dealer said to run the chain with the same tension as it is set at now.... which is way more than 30mm.. not sure why but I will search the threads.
