miss on hard acceleration and shifting

On the last ride I noticed a miss when shifting. Actually it feels more like the engine is cutting out but just for a franction of a second. I first noticed it, oddly enough, while wheeling and shifting from second to third. The front came crashing down, like I had missed the shift. I then started to notice the bike cutting out during hard acceleration. Again, it sputters, like the engine is cutting off for a split second, and then picks right up again. I called the dealer and checked the forum, but it seems like no one has encountered this. Any ideas?

Some may have experienced this. With all the fuel mods; DP ECU and PC111 enricheners the fuel pump may be maxed out on flow on the upper rpms. This hasn't been confirmed yet with science.

Make sure your battery cables are tight to the battery.

checked the battery, but the terminals are all tight. And re: the previous post.....I don't think it has anything to do with RPM's, I can duplitate the problem at the mid RPM range.

Was anything done to the bike (servicing, any changes) prior to noticing this problem?
