why?I trust everyone-in fact I've just got 20million dollars from a guy from Nigeria-well I will when he puts the money in. Shouldn't be long as he has all my banking details!

Not Coded mean without immobilizer code.
It's possible to install this ecu on all HY. If after installation you use the key red then the code will be transferred on the ECU.

Probably means it is a blank ECU

If you have problem, i can make on Ebay.
