Brand new Hyper S for 12K
I just bought a new 2009 Aprilia SR50 scooter to use a pit scooter for my track day events which I will be doing a lot of. Well my Aprilia dealer just happens to be a Ducati dealer. They have a brand new 2008 red Hyper S in the showroom NOW for $11,999. Yes it is brand new not a demo bike. That is one smokin deal. So anyone who is interested should contact Martin Eurosports in Coopersburg, PA. Ask for Chris he sold me my Aprilia.

They're technically no longer Martin Eurosports. They're just "Eurosports" now. My poor Hyper has been down there for 2 and a half weeks now waiting to be serviced. Great people over there though. Very pleasant to deal with. Even when I'm ready to give up on Ducati and go back to something that isn't in the shop 8 weeks out of a year.

Mark, yes I know but there business cards and invoices all say Martin Eurosports and that is what i went by until they change it. They are a great dealer to deal with. Bill, Kevin, and Chris all a great bunch and I enjoyed purchasing my scooter from them. I got to ask what is wrong with your Hyper? I sold mine back in August and replaced it with a '09 white 848 that I have been doing track days with(see pic). Needless to say I'm having a ball with this thing.

I brought it in to get it tuned (with your old slip-on ECU that I bought from the guy you sold it to...) with my Leo Vince exhaust system. I installed the exhaust, brought it down and asked Bill Himmelsbach to install the ECU and air filter. When he tried to take the air box and fuel tank off, the bolts in both (BOTH!) were spinning in their captured nuts.
Ducati is covering the tank and air box under warranty. I had to wait a week for those to come in. They schedule very tight over there at Eurosports so they weren't able to get the job started until this week and now they're telling me it won't be ready until next week.
I can't blame Eurosports. I had my dyno tuning appointment all set and then we find out the bolts are all stuck and things get all screwed up.
As of next Tuesday the bike will have been there for 3 weeks. That adds up to a total of 8 weeks, this year, that my bike has been in either that shop or Jack Trebour for various warranty issues. EIGHT WEEKS!
Nice 848!

Mark,
I feel your pain. I picked up my 848 in mid August. The day after I got it, I went for a ride and when I put it in first gear it never came out. I needed a shift linkage part. It took 5 weeks to get this from Ducati since they were out of stock at the factory. Ducati really needs to have a central warehouse here in the USA. I know a lot of Ducati customers that suffer from bikes down due to lack of parts. It sucks, but hey thats living with a Ducati sometimes.
The folks at Eurosport as you know are great and I'm sure they will take good care of you and the your bike.

Ouch! The day after? That really would have bummed me out.
I know they'll take care of me out there. They were able to fix my stalling problem in one visit after Jack Trebour failed 3 times.

Yes, I hear Eurosports has top shelf mechanics and they do great service. I may end up taking my Duc's there some day. I took my 848 today to Washington Cycleworks for suspension set up for the track. They all know you there. A nice father and son business out there.

Yeah, Ron out at Washington Cycleworks is the best. I've been going up there for years.
I got my Hyper back from Eurosports. The bike is running great. A solid 80 horse / 65 ft lb of torque at the rear wheel.
