190on the rear?
Any body throw a 190 on the rear yet? If so what do you think? If no, any reason I shouldn't?

no, the rear wheel is too narrow for a 190 to fit.

That's not true. You can fit a 190 on a 5.5" rim if you want to.
But there's no reason to do it. It costs more, and it slows down your handling....

you can fit a 190 on a 5.5" wheel, but the profile will change as well as handling

I definitely wouldn't do it even though it is possible. The Hyper absolutely doesn't need a 190 rear.

It actually depends on the tire and its construction how it will change the handling. For example Bridgestone race tire are stiff enough that when you put them on a 5.5 rim the tire atually causes the rear of the bike to be higher and the turn in is faster. Most street tire will flatten out giving you more contact patch but will slow your turn in a bit. I assume you want the big fat tire on the rear for looks??

I have a few good 190 take offs left over from my GSXR 1000; Pirelli Diablo Corsas, and I know several guys with 600's who race successfully on 190's and they come with 180's. I hate to buy new tires when I have several good sets.
I could care less about the looks, if I were already running 180's and that those lying around, it wouldn't be an issue. I also think the larger patch of rubber on the side of the 190 may work better with the HM torque monster. But it's my first HM (or Duc) for that matter, and I still need to get more miles on it to get used to this new style of riding.

ducati uses same 5.5 rim for its 180 and 190 tires so you should be ok. will be interesting to hear how the handling changes.

I would have thought it would make the back end more vague to be honest, certainly a flatter contact patch that is for sure
