Zard Penta slip on : with or without dB killer

I'm going to get either the Arrow slip ons ( removeable dB killer) or the Zard Penta system. Does anyone here ahve it , and if so , is it still legal(ish) with the Zard that doesnt have the bdB killer.
Here in OZ theyre getting a bit thingy about bikes with non approved exhausts.
Love the look of the Zard , and cannot pay $4000 for A FULL TERMI SYSTEM.
thanks
jonathan

Jon, Why the hell would you pay 4k for the termi full system! they are like <$2500 from the US, you prob won't even pay duty on it coming in. don't buy anything from a DUC dealer here, you'll be getting ripped.

I'll swap you my termi slip ons for a pair of Arrows, I think they are the best looking. I run mine without the Db killers no probs, got pulled by the highway patrol the week for filtering and he didn't mention it.

you can even get one of those stickers that you make it legal if you want.

Pete

The Zards are nice and I think one of the best deals for the money if you can find a DP ECU to add to it. I don't have dB killers in my Zard Top Guns and they are a little loud, but not obnoxious. It is really only loud when you are railing on it or banging some fast and hard downshifts. Cruising, it sounds pretty normal. Overall, the sound quality is priceless.

I doubt you would get pulled over for the pipe itself, but if you were getting pulled over for some other violation, they could bring that into the equation.

Out!
