what's your definition of inexpensive?

I got the rear hugger from shift-tech and like it a lot. The quality is worth the price

I have seen their hugger and it is nice. pricey tho.

I would be interested in just a black hugger or device to help protect the rear shock.

This week I saw a "cheap" one around $150 new/ CF but do not remember where.

I have the Shift-Tech one and by the looks of the cheaper one, I am happy I went with Shift-Tech.

There are a few on felabay right now under $200.

Shift-Tech is a forum member and can answer any questions regarding quality.

You could get a shock sock for an atv - I has one on my gs and it worked fine and was around $25. Not the best looking solution but it seems to meet the price and function desires you listed.
