Dyno results for HM with slip-ons

Thought I'd share my recent experience with Apex Moto in Anaheim and my dyno results.
I purchased the PowerCommander from them over the phone. They had advertised on Craigslist with a free dyno run. I couldn't find a better price, so purchased on for Hypermotard. I installed the PCIII in about 20 minutes and was very carefull not to break the plastic after seeing how brittle the fairings are on these bikes.
My bike is an 08 S model and has Leo Vinci cat eliminator, Termignoni slip-ons, Termi ecu and the airbox lid. I've removed the flapper valve.
I've been trying to get the air bleed screws somewhere close to where they should be by trial and error.
After Francis ran my bike a couple of times on the dyno, he found that it was running pretty lean with the current map. This was a tweaked version of one from a Paul Smart LE 1000 with a full system. Since the A/F mixture was pretty far from ideal, that map wasn't doing me any favors. I've since added around +8 to +10 in various rpm ranges to see if it felt any stronger. My seat of the pants dyno says that it might pull abit stronger. I also richen the bleed screws a quarter of a turn after seeing 14.5 or so CO at idle. Seems to idle a bit better.
If you have experience with a power commander and would like to give me some constructive feedback, I can post the map used for the run and the map I have loaded now. As I've spend a fair amount of money this month, I've decided to play around with it myself rather than spend the $300 for a custom map. I'm sure that Francis would do a great job as Apex has the newest Dyno and he's really dialed in his PS1000LE.
In hind sight, I should have ran it once with the zero map to see how close the Termi ECU was. Then again with my map. That way, I could see the differences and have a better clue where to tweak the numbers.

just bung it on the dyno and get the custom map made, best thing i ever did for my RC51. if they are offering free dyno, why not tune it at the same time! its all part of the system with just a few more runs

The only problem with Apex is that they use the same map on both cylinders. The right and only way to tune a duc is to have custom maps on each cylinder.

You're right. Francis and I talked about it, I just didn't want to pay for the extra time that it'd take. Does anyone that you know, create a custom map for both cylinders for the same price?
I have been emailing dynojet, who have been helpful. I did ask about the rear cylinder if there was a rule of thumb, ie. 3% richer across the board. Didn't get a clear answer which leads me to believe, "it depends".

Here's an interesting tidbit....if you want to drop from an A/F of 16 to 13, add 30 to the current number. This is approximate, but I was told that it works out to about a 1:0.1 ratio.....each millisecond equates to A/F change of approx 0.1

he just does a basic map but if you ask him to do both then that called a advance map and he'll do both cylinders. but that alittle more.

Here are my maps before and after tweaking....since the dyno run is at 100% throttle, I had to just guess for the other openings. I definitely feel a difference.

For the same price - no. But there is a place called Larry(?) Cohen - or something like that - who does a 2 map setup for 300 bux. And, he will re-do a map later for you for 150.

Wow, that's a nice smooth torque curve. I still have the stock exhaust and mine has is flatter to start with then has a much steeper slope as it goes up to the peak torque around 4.8k rpms. It's really noticeable on the street too.

Did the exhaust help smooth that out or is that mainly a fueling issue?

I haven't seen too many of these dyno sheets to compare torque curves. I bought the bike with the exhaust mounted, so never rode it completely stock. This is the first dyno run I've done with this bike...I'd love to get another one going. Either on the dyno or try one of these out on a deserted road:
