Pilot Power 2CT rear and BT014 front

The rear 014 is starting to look a bit shabby, track day coming up so it won't last past that, if it is even allowed on. I like the bridgestone rubber but is anyone running a 2CT rear and an 014 front? how close are the profiles? is the 2CT worth the no doubt extra $$$'s? do they even last longer up the middle?

I fitted a Power 2ct to the rear of mine 1000km ago (still running stock 014 on the front) and no problems so far.
In fact the Power 2ct is a lot grippier and inspires loads of confidence. I don't do tracks so this is based on spitited street riding.

I did some homework on the BT016's before fitting the Power 2ct's and the local Bridgestone importers reckoned that the bT016 would deliver THE SAME mileage as the BT014, but would offer better grip.
