DDA Card
For those who own a Hyper-S, did you get a DDA usb card with your bike? I did not with my 2008 HM-S.
From the web page:
Supplied with the 1100 S, the Ducati Data Analyser (DDA), which includes PC software, a USB-ready data retrieval card and instructions, enables owners to review and analyse the performance of the bike and its rider, and make comparisons between various channels of information.
The system records numerous channels of data including throttle opening, vehicle speed, engine rpm, engine temperature, distance travelled, laps and lap times. It also automatically calculates engine rpm and vehicle speed data so as to also display gear selection as an additional channel of information. At the end of a ride or track session, up to 2mb (approximately 3.5 hours) of data can be downloaded ready to compare, analyse and get an inside view of the performance of both the rider and the Hypermotard.

Yep, got mine. Dealer should have had it and given it to you with the manuals and all that.

Hmmm...I'll have to call the dealer tomorrow and find out why I didn't receive mine.
I have a 2008 HM-S Black. Did they just start doing this? Or have they always come with the DDA card???

I took delivery in May '08. At that time, it was an extra cost accessory I believe.

Motorcycle.com's review says, "In addition, the Hypermotard comes equipped to receive the Ducati Data Analyzer (DDA) data-acquisition system that is available as a Ducati Performance accessory."
I'm curious....will a normal USB thumb drive gather the data also? Or is there a chip inside that makes it a hardware dongle? Anyone in the LA area want to sell/loan theirs out?
