Thumbs up Cracked engine case update

After 25 days of waiting got the bike back today with new engine cases,
all done on warranty ,only thing i had to pay was oil and filter.
I have to say that Ducati people from the dealer to receptionist were
really nice making me espressos and more importantly never questioned
that the whole thing was done under warranty, replacement bike was given to me ,KTM 690 Duke and generally i was treated the way a client should be treated .
I'm mentioning all the above thinking experiences i had with different dealerships in the past [Suzuki,Kawasaki,Honda].
The 25 days would have been less if it wasn't for August when Ducati Italia is closed.
Riding today the Hyper after all this time on the KTM realized how far behind Ducati left everybody else building the HYPERMOTARD.

I wrote all this as fair play to mom Ducati and basically because that's the way i feel.

Now why would they make you pay for that? Didn't you give them your old cracked motor with oil and filter?

Did they give you a new motor, or actually remove and replace all your parts in new cases?

replace all parts in new cases,
i should mention that they said that the bolts that
holding the engine were loose and that's what's caused it.
Check,Check,Check
