Thumbs down Patiently Waiting!!! Then Train Derailed

Morning lads, well I have been patiently waiting for my new Black Tard to turn up, by all accounts I should have been going to get it tomorrow Friday 12 Sept.

So it was a coupla days late leaving from the warehouse which was not a biggy.

The dealer just rings me up saying the bike had not arrived so he made some inquiries, turns out the train that it was on has had a wee prang and derailed

Being the good bastid that he is I thought he was pulling the piss but no he was serious and apologetic (nothing they can do tho)

So, NZ rail are saying it "shouldn't" be damaged but this is yet to be confirmed and the bike won't arrive till at least Monday at which time it will have to be unwrapped and checked out, there are no other Black ones around and I had to order this one in, I hope it is not another month away

Bugga!!

.. yeah trees have feelings and they prolly called in their cuzzies to toss the train off its rails.

No more news as yet, will ring the dealer in a coupla hours to see if we can get an update, last thing I want is a pre-modified bike

The Termis and hugger are coming in today as well, lets hope they put enough petrol in the plane

"Funny converstaion between me and dealer"

D ..Its not all bad tho, statistically there are more train crashes than planes crashes..

me .. Really, not sure that is a good thing or not!

D .. yeap planes are much much safer but oh did you see that bad train smash just last week on the news?

me .. no what happened?

Hey, isn't that a black Hyper I see in an undamaged crate in the third window from the end?

It's karma all right. It's the motorcycle god's way of warning him to get a red one.

Jeeez, already in a train wreck! Just using that term isn't good. Better get a Maiori (sp?) medicine man to shake a rattle for ya.
