Need help on coring the stock mufflers...?

Just want a little more rumble (volume) to my stock exhaust. Has anyone cut some of there baffeling out? If so, can you give some advise on how to do it? I know about popping the rivets. I did a search, and came up empty.....

Thanks

Cored Exhaust??

here is how I did mine... you will need to do a little welding but its nothing a muffler shop can handle for a few $$$ if you dont have the tools.

The stock bike sounds noticably better without the cat and the mixture richened up (DP ECU). The tone gets deeper and all the crackle is gone, not bad. Mod the aixbox lid and add a K&N and a bit more growl yet.

I have a set already cored (cut underneath the tips, welded, appear stock). Good volume, not quite the tone I wanted. PM me for a fair price and save yourself a bunch of work.
