Seat answer

In the show us yer bag thread Werloc asked what seat I had on the naughtybike. I didn't want to play Dick Turpin on Hyperdookie's thread so for anyone else who may be interested here's the answer.

It's the standard seat that came with the bike but because The previous owner and also the second owner (me) are both short legged Anne had the seat professionally sculptured and then recovered by a company in Coventry/Uk. The job done is of excellent quality and the red piping really sets it off against the bike. The seat area is in a dimpled material and gives great grip yet lets you slide your rear back and forwards depending on the style of riding you want. It has (I believe) gel inserts as it is the most comfortable seat that I have ever ridden on. After a couple of hours in the saddle I still get off the bike without any pain in the rear. On the monnie this was unheard of usually after an hour I would be aching. Whilst the work was being done Anne bought herself (and then passed onto me) the DP sports seat which I haven't even tried on the bike. This seat is too cumfy

Thanks for this Graham, I have bought a second seat to chop up and intend doing pretty much what you have done, by any chance do you know an accurate difference in height?

Sorry I don't but I do have the Sports seat so I could take the measurement for you and let you know. I will be heading up to the loft at the weekend (loads of spiders boxes of rubbish etc up there so I have to psyche myself up) so I'll bring it down and let you know next week.
