2009 Hypermotard

What do you guys think Ducati will offer in 2009? I think there will be some new paint schemes - all yellow, all white, a red/white S4R look, who knows. Just something to think about.

DP accessories seem to have gone up already here in the UK.

in just a few weeks we will see. i would be surprised to see a price increase. dealers are trying to give these things away and are still having problems. there are some pics of a white motard on the forum, of course its custom. it looks sweet. the pearl white has a lot of positive feedback with the 848 and 1098. id be pissed if they come out with an R version - full ohlins(front/rear/damper) and more carbon and a lot more power. same idea how the 1098R is 1198 opposed to 1098.

I must have been at the wrong dealerships then

How about the rumored HM with the 696 engine? Or did I miss the posts killing this rumor?

If you did then I did too.

Hopefully they will stay with simplicity, maybe a coupla more litres to boot in the tank wouldn't hurt but the overall pack at present is pretty cool.

A self cleaning, filling and self tyreing bike would be great

Yeah, i got mine at cost just over 12k for the S model. They said sales was way up at first then it dropped and now its picking up again. But no point in an R version since there is no homologation to meet, so no 848R either, just the S. That's what I hear anyway.

I hope there is no R version. If there is with more carbon, more power, full ohlins - I'd want it.
