You guys are gonna have some great roads to ride up there! To bad I will be working this weekend .....so I don't want to be flying up there to pick any of you up!!

Get to Taos visit Eske's brew pub, pretty good.

PS: DEER WATCH! Tons of the forest rats up in that area, especially Red River, I counted no less that 20 of the critters on the side of the road one evening. When dusk is upon you, duck into town and put the scoots up. I average a rider a month flown out of the area...deer strikes.

Well I made it back in one piece only damage is the rear tire on the HyperWe made to eskes on sunday for the blueplate special it was awsome.I have rode this area many times on a 600 and 1000 but thay dont hold a candle to the Hyper. It was down a little on power at higher alttitide but not to bad .I had a guy on a GSXR 1000 try try fallow me up to the Taos skivalley but said he couldnt match the pace.I also never seen another Ducati all weekend lots of Hos and a few BMWs and Trimphs. All in all had a fun 3 days I never did see any Forest rats but did scare the hell out of a couple chipmunks and maybe a couple old people.

Yeah that area is killer for sure. I love to get up there for rides but work prevents it for now. Glad you avoided the forest rats. I may still be early for them to migrate down but soon they will be along the roads in that area.
