Helmet Head
I just rode into work today, hair slightly damp, and now the top of my head looks like a nice Hawaiian surf from the inside of my X-11.
Anyone have a good way to prevent helmet head? (Besides shaving my head bald.)
Maybe it's just the Shoei insides...

Wear a stocking cap. Just don't pull it down over your face and say "give me all the money".

personally i would leave hair gel at work and fix it when you get there and then try to rub most of it out before leaving

Hair gel and comb before work, or a nice Ducati ball cap

Go to Cycle Gear and get a SLIK, it's cotton, thin and cut to fit so your helmet slides on easily, washes easy to.
I have been using one for a couple of years now, I tried the cool max head cover but felt it had to may seams and was bulky compared to the SLIK.

Cut your hair shorter you hippy. I use a number 4 guard on my clippers and just buzz my whole head. Never have to think about my hair at all. In fact I haven't shampooed my head in years just use a bar of soap and im done.
