Quick questions for the new Hyper

Just bought a new S on Friday. She runs great but I'm getting the mod fever.

Post buy inspection revealed the loose battery ground cable and loose battery hold down bracket. Also did the throttle cables and suspension setup. All went well thanks to the data here on the forum. Thanks!

I saw mention while searching of a walkthrough on the airbox mod, but I couldn't find the actual thread with pics. I ride in the rain quite often and don't want water in the airbox to be an issue. Could someone please point me in the right direction?

I keep reading about evap cannister removal and will probably do this today. Do I need to keep everything available to reinstall just incase it has to go back to the dealer? Will I void the warranty by removing it?

Is there a mod to the factory cat or pipes to make it a little louder? Will degutting the factory cat require the DP ECM or is there a way to make it a little louder without needing an ECM.

I did the evap removal today. Pulled the barbs and used very short 5mm socket head capscrews with the factory crush washer and a drop of loctite. Aslo removed the frame stickers and installed a silverstar 60/55 headlight bulb.
