Ok, another exhaust question
Been going back and forth on my exhaust choices.
I think that I like the Termi dual-muffler slipon the best. But I want to eliminate the cat so it flows better and is louder.
From what I can see, the Termi slipon kit comes with an ECU that eliminates the )2 sensor. The midpipe(either DP, Termi or Leo Vince) will lean things out a bit, but I can add a PCIII and have my tuner work his magic to get it dialed in.
Anyone do it this way? If so, how about some pics and dyno charts?
I just think that the dual cans look better than the single can.
Any advice? Is there a better way to accomplish what I want? Where can I get the best prices on this stuff?

I just made a post a few minutes ago with pics of my HM with the Termi Slip Ons and the full Zard Midpipe. I love it. Ducati Austin tweaked the fuel trim for me to hold me over till I get the PCIII. Check it out.

Squire,
I have the Termi slip ons on my bike. I got the Cat Eliminator pipe and took the cat off. I'm confused when you say that the ECU gets rid of the cat. The only thing that gets rid of it is for you to take it off. I didn't even put the ECU on and instead put on a Power Commander and had it tuned. Just my way of doing things. The Termis without the cat and with the baffles pulled out is awesome!! And I agree with you. I like the two exhaust, it's a Ducati signature, if I want it to look like a dirt bike I'll hop on the KTM.

Woops, I meant that the ECU removes the O2 sensor, which you need to do for the PCIII to work properly...

Does anyone know the power difference between the 2-1 Termi system and the Termi slip on with the cat removed?

The 2-1 should flow a little better and is louder from what I've heard.
The aesthetics of the single pipe are just wrong for me so I'm getting the dual slip on and the cat eliminator installed Thursday.

According to Desmoworks.com the Arrow slip-ons don't come with the cat eliminator. They only have the mid-pipe. From Desmoworks:
"These slip-ons include the mid-pipe that is located between the catalytic converter and the OEM silencer."
You have to buy the $466 collector pipes to get the cat eliminator.

Or get a full system $1600- $1800, but still needs ECU and/or PCIII
