R&G racing parts - dissapointed!!

Hey guys. I thought i should share my experience with these guys.
Firstly, I dont want to be biased and say they are crap but in my case they v been at least unprofessional!

I ordered a tail tidy since the 2nd of july and i have received no item as yet
(19-08)!!!

i dont find this as normal as i have been a UK resident for 5 years and i never experienced such a thing when i sent items back home. Most probably i am on back order for this item otherwise cannot be explained why emotouk.co.uk is selling the same item more expensive than them.

Anyway
Geo

p.s i am more pissed off because i am leaving for vacation the day after tommorow and i ll take the hyper without the tail tidy!!!!

Have you had any communication with the vendor? Did they ship and it get lost?

Might want to check the box when you do get your Tidy Tail as well. My TT was mising one of the pieces to mount the tail lights and the LED License plate light did not work. EMA (where I picked up mine) was a BIG help with assuring me I would have the parts I needed ASAP.

I mounted mine many moons ago and have had no issues. Both R&G and EMA were great to deal with.

Hope it works out for you.
