Miles and Degrees "F" vs Kilometers and Degrees "C"

I put the new ECU on while in the process of installing the Termignoni 2 into 1exhaust. This morning for my very first ride I found that the speedometer and the temp are displayed in KPH and degrees "C".

Can my dealer (or can I) change that the MPH and degrees "F"? My "take it back to the dealer" owners book says nothing about how to toggle between the two standards, nor does the maintenance CD.

Do I need to brush up my math skills?

RS

How to switch display from EUR to USA?

Wouldn't it be better to leave it as it is, you get a faster bike with a cooler engine .
