Storms vs Roadsmarts - Ducati.ms

Hi Folks,
At 2500 miles, I'm showing cord on my rear Corsa III. I live in Illinois, so I wear more off the center than the sides, therefore, I'm thinking I might try a sport touring tire for some extended life. I have a set of Avon Storms and a set of Dunlop Roadsmarts sitting in the garage, and I'm wondering if you have any ideas about which might work best on the Hyper. The Storms have a little quicker turn-in than the Roadsmarts, and I'm leaning toward them, but would appreciate any opinions you all might have.

I have the Avon Storms. I have about 3,000 miles on them and still have a fare amount of tread left. I may see 5,000 miles out of them. They have squared off but not terribly bad yet, Turn in is like you said. I have never had them slip on me but they feel vague, like they are so neutral there is no feedback if that makes sense.

All my riding is street and a lot of distance to get any twisty stuff.
