Handlebar Options
Anyone have any ideas what a hear direct replacement for the EOM bars are? I like the CR High bend ProTapers on my dirt bike, but it felt too upright on the Hyper.
I'd like something a little flatter (less rise), but everything else is good.
TIA,

i just put on some protaper woods low bars, they are narrower than stock and a lot more aggressive i find, still playing with positioning. too far back feels REALLY unstable and too far forward is awesome for low speed handling but nuts at higher speeds, I'm trying to find the in between position that is a good compromise.
first time playing with motocross style bars, didn't know it made such a difference. The protapers are much stiffer than stock and you can feel that straight away.

I went with the full Zeta setup. Supermoto medium bend and handguards w/ indicators. I love it...not too much different from stock but now with "real" protective handguards - no more plastic break-on-impact guards.

KTM SX bend Renthal Fatbars have a very low rise and little sweep. I run them on my GasGas cut to 30" and I think they would feel good on the Hyper. Less sweep allows more rotation adjustment without the bar feeling nasty.

Just mounted the Longhorns, rise is about 1/2" less than stock. One thing I noticed was on the lower rise I had to be careful how I mounted the throttle. It would interfere with the banjo bolt of the front brake master cyclinder and prevent rotating it forward/down.
