Thinking about buying a Hyper Motard

I rode a hyper motard today. First off, is wow, great power, handling and breaking is too good. My complaints with this is the seating position. I wore jeans while I rode, normally I wear leathers so I can only assume the comfort will improve with thicker pants. The other issue is on the highway, the wind really hits ya pretty hard. I wont do high way driving much so I am not worried about that.

My main question is what issues do you guys have with the bike? What do you love other than what I mentioned. Hows the maintenance on this bike. Do the valves have to be changed at every 7k? How much is that going to cost?

As stated above, do a search for the information you seek, this has been covered many times on here. As for the Hyper, you don't buy it if you are worried about maintenance issues or service cost you buy the Hyper because it is a blast and you can't stand not having it.......

And no it should not need new valves at 7K, maybe an adjustment.

I LOVE IT SO MUCH .

• I hate how it handles, coz it makes me ride faster.
• I hate how it grunts, coz it makes me do wheelies.
• I hate how it brakes, coz it makes me do stoppies.
• I hate how it looks, coz people keep gauking at it.
• I hate how it makes me feel, coz I don't need a girlfriend.
• I hate how it empties my wallet, coz I need more bits.

Now where the hell is the postman, my Zards have arrived, apparently.


I can only hope the policeman isn't too offended and the magistrate believes sixteen was my old race number.
