Monday might be better for you, unless you want to pose and wave. The dragon is a harley hangout on weekends.

and also 16 year olds driving 93 240sx's with grapefruit launcher exhausts thinking that they are driving an exotic race car. I was nearly cremed by two of em as they drifted into my lane in April. One corner later, I low-sided and was run over by pretty cool dude on a z1000.
I just finally made it back to work yesterday.

well a 7 am start gave me 2 runs with no traffic, and 2 with moderate. I felt like i just got out of church! that was the most fun i have had in a while. my michelin 2CTs were sooo nice. i could go on and on. I had a coffee after my third run at the Deals Gap Motorcycle Resort and the hyper drew stares from everyone kept asking me "how much fun is that thing?!" My smile said it all.
BTW ... i didn't see any other ducati today.
as far as photos go, i posed for a couple ... couldn't help it. Hell, may even buy a couple and share with y'all.
Hey freezer, I'm not so sure i needed to hear the lowside story. Us coastal riders are scared shitless of corners -we really dont have many and the one we do are covered in sand!

sorry buddy, it was more meant for others planning the trip to keep track stuff to the track and not at the gap. I am glad to hear that you are having some good runs. Stock up on the monkey butt powder.

Enigma,
Looking into relocating over in Tellico Plains, TN area near the Cherahalia Skyway. Maybe we can hook up.

here is a link to some of the photos: http://www.photoreflect.com/pr3/Thum...6&g=0HH600Q201 . im the first five pics.
i rode with a guy from the sportclassic forum on monday and we had an awsome day. The tail is a bit touristy (and dangerous) but nevere the less, a must at least one time.
the Cherohala Skyway however is the best riding experience you could ask for ... lots of good folks having the rides of thier life. At least it was for me.
If the hyper was purpose built, it was for roads like those. The bike just held on to every corner and the power was always at the twist of my wrist
