Exactly. When the green light is lit, the only thing you know for sure is that the light is working.
That said, I've never had an issue with either the GT or the Hyper not being in neutral when the light is lit. I've also never had problems finding neutral with either bike and, especially with the GT, the gearbox just kept getting better and better as the miles added up.
I'm hoping that trait is consistent with the Hyper.
