Quray to Durango

Just got back from a ride on the Million Dollar Highway.....Insane it was. There was three different stretches down to one lane due to paving and the lanes not paved are pretty chewed up from winter.

Haul trucks crossing the double yellow causing some seat puckering. Massive tourist RV's hauling SUV behind them.

I would advise passing on this ride for at least another year.

Best part of the trip was lunch at Romero's in Sliverton, killer salsa.

Wow, I just got back from a trip down there with my Norton to attend a regional Norton owner's rally. Wanted to ride the Million Dollar Highway but didn't get to it. Instead I rode over Lizard Head Pass. Spectacular!

I was a little disappointed at not having time for 550, but not now!
