"S" Front Pad Options
My front pads are about done. OEM pads from deal are so expensive I want to puke. Any one go with something else?
Please advise,

How many miles?
I've done 11,000klm but am getting new discs and pads under warranty. Have a slight warpage problem, Dealer said we''ll just replace the lot instead of stuffing around trying to ascertain where, how, why and how much.
Can't complain about the after sales service at Brisbane Motorcycles.

Hmmm... how did you managed to warp the disc? To tell, I do notice a heat signature after 2 non stop 30 minuts trackdays and braking hard (I'd be behind the R6 at the apex after he blast past me towrads, the end of the straight.
Now do tell how you warpped yours, I might follow suit and save some $ from warrantly.... nah... bad karma

I read of another post where a standard owner had to cross-reference with other bikes to see what aftermarket pads were available. What other bikes use the brembo monoblocs? He said that he found carbone loraine and said they worked well. I hope this helps.

I know the KTM RC8 uses the Monobloc brakes, I don't know if any of the other KTM's use the Monoblocks.
