Lights @ track days
I'm taking my Hyper to a track day for the first time this weekend and have a question. What is the easiest way to turn off the headlight and tail/brake lights? On my GS I could turn off the headlight holding a switch during the start up procedure and removing the rear bulb was an easy two screw deal.
So - what do you guys do? Any suggestions?

Not sure, I always disconnect the bulb connector on my 1098, on my Hyper I did a full days track day and taped the front light up and found its melted the lense slightly, so well worth disconnecting next time!

I always pull the fuse for the front and disconnect the plug under the seat for the rear.

That sounds like the way to go. Next stupid question - where is the fuse for the front located?

I unplug both and it only takes a minute. I zip tie the headlight connector to the frame to ensure it doesn't wedge itself in the steering. I may try removing the fuse for the next track day though.
Cheers

Doesn't one of our boffins sign off with:
IF YOU CAN'T FIX IT WITH A HAMMER, IT'S NOT ELECTRICAL!
This would be your quikest fix, wouldn't it?
