It's hard to beat KTM"s, I have had eleven of them since 01
My 08 300 xc-w is plated and has a euro dualsport kit installed
I had two Husaberg's also a 06 Enduro FE650E and I still have a Euro model Husaberg FS650E 2006 that is also plated
Gee-Bee
But nothing like my Scary fast Desmo !

I ride more off-road dirt than street and have more KTM orange in my veins than Ducati red.
Dirt venues include Hare Scrambles, Enduros, weekend trail rides and long-distance dualsport/adventure-lite rides. Most recently, I re-traced the historic Pony Express Trail from Carson City, NV arriving Salt Lake City just in time for the WSB races at Miller Motorsports. 500 dirt miles, including impasseable mud, torrential rains, hail, snow and lightning storms.
Stonyford is my most frequent venue.

Here is a shot of me in 77 on my RM250, with all that hair spray I don't need a helmet
A couple years later on my KTM, remember when thay were white.
I also raced Maico's for a few years, and last week I found myself at the start of the GNCC race on my YZ250 (old man class)

I got rid of my 98 KTM 300exc last year but I have a Kawasaki Prairie 700 (well, 730 now) set up for harescrambles. The woman wont let me race after a major injury a few years back. But I like to pretend.
