In some cases the pins are metal and just pull out of the plastic pod, in other cases, I think you have to dremel them off, but either way, it's your bike, make it work for you.

Rizome billet grips, errr driven d3 grips... Anyone like em?
i have both d3 and rizomas and are not to happy with the d3s kinda cheaply made and are not a full billet grip...they are basically a rubber grip with billet collars on the ends...as with the rizomas are a full billet grip with rubber around the aluminum grip...rizoma is just plain better quality...i have 15k on my rizzys and they are still looking like new...have about 3k on the d3s and they are about finished already...jus some advise since i have both brands...also the billet collars on d3s move all around everywhere...kinda dissapointed..cause i like alot of there products, like their quickchange sprocket/carrier and alloy sprockets....

did this yesterday. couldn't pull the pins out of the handle bars so i just used a hand held grinder to get rid of the clutch side and a dremel for the throttle side. WORLD OF DIFFERENCE.

THANK YOU!

No problem.

You have to adjust the controls on any bike to suit your needs. The fact that these are pinned in place is laughable.
