Average Discount for Demo

What is the average discount that I should expect to pay for a base model demo? I have seen one at a $900 discount.

i inquired about a demo with 700 miles ist service included and a full termi system. Tax, tag, install = 13700. the system was 2500 installed.

I have been trying the demo route myself. I did a search of 600-700 mile radius from where I live and most dealers are telling me either they have not had the demo long enough to sell it or that they are not selling their demo now as it is helping them sell bikes.
But you might have more luck than I have. My hyper S had 108 miles on it and I got it for 13,400 with ny tax, tags, prep, ect . . . . . but that was in Jan.
