No DP 44 tooth rear?

I am considering going up 2 teeth on the rear sprocket when i do the 520 conversion. The DP rear sprockets are only listed as up to 43. Anyone know if there is a 44? Also, I assume a DID o-ring chain would be fine? instead of the DP chain which is a bit pricey

You can order a 44T 520 Supersprox and 520 C/S sprocket and RK GB520GXW XWring chain from Drivesystems USA. You should get a premium quality chain. A standard DID O ring chain may not be strong enough.

That is a beautiful sprocket!

Is that a Traxxion sock around the shock to protect it from gravel etc?

Yes, that's a Traxxion sock. Even with the hugger, gritty stuff still gets on the shock, especially when riding wet roads. Ohlins also has a neoprene shock sock available but they're scarce.
